-Brochure Design/Redesign (Size: 8.5 x 14” (Four Fold)

Latson Productions can design a full-color brochure for your needs. All designs are prepared at 300 dpi and are print ready for any publication use. All brochures are saved as “PDF”, “TIFF”, and “JPG” file formats.

Your design will be created to contain your company theme, logo, and colors. You will be asked to indicate what type of brochure and look you would like for the design. Then you will be provided with a brochure design. After approving your design, your artwork will be sent to you by United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail, or via overnight FedEx or UPS delivery, for an additional charge.

Latson Productions can provide a bordered or borderless brochure for you. If you wish to use a specific background image in the brochure, please make sure that the image extends 1/8” beyond the paper trim that you wish to use.

Your brochure(s) will be saved to a 300 dpi high resolution CMYK “TIFF” format to ensure the highest quality printing.

Latson Productions has a limited media library of clip art and photography images. Please let us know what you want and we will try our best to find it for you. We can also shoot any photographs necessary for your multimedia project.

We can usually provide your designs in 5-7 days. Once your brochure design has been completed and approved, it usually takes 2-3 days to receive your project via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail, or one (1) day via overnight FedEx or UPS delivery, for an additional charge. We can also deliver your design in one (1) day via the Internet, which is free of charge.

We provide brochure proofs via the Internet. Your website proofs will be accessible on our website proofing server or will be sent to you by email.

We can design your brochure concepts in about 2 business days. After your design is approved it will take one (1) working day to receive your new ad design sent via FedEx overnight delivery or via the Internet. The cost for express design is double that of the regular design service.
