1. What is the turnaround time for my project? |
The Normal turnaround time for a project is usually about 5-7 days, including weekends. Receiving the proper content, images and pertinent information from the client usually can help speed up the turnaround time on most projects. For projects that need to be expedited, graphic designs, most duplication, and some audio and video editing projects can be competed in about 2 business days. However, these express services are charged double the amount of regular services.

2. What if I don't like any designs? |
At Latson Productions, all projects are subject to cancellation. In the event of a cancellation of a project that is currently in production, or any delay of more than one (1) month, we keep the 50% deposit and forfeit the remaining balance back to the client. However, all work will remain property of Latson Productions, but will be available if the project should be resumed at a later time. At Latson Productions we pride ourselves in our high-quality work, but we are adamant about keeping our customers satisfied with our services.
|
3. How do I receive my projects? |
All graphic project files are saved as a “PDF”, flattened “PSD”, “JPG”, “TIFF” and an “EPS” format. All web based projects are saved as “HTML”, or Flash “SWF”. All video projects are output to VHS, DVD+/-R, CD-R, or other compressed formats (“AVI”, “MOV”, “WMV”, “RM”), as agreed upon as a final delivery method between Latson Productions and the customer. All digital media files are burned on CD-R or DVD+/-R and sent to you. Any layered working files are subject to additional fees.

4. How do I see my proofs? |
Most proofs are provided via internet as “PDF” documents, viewable in any internet browser window. Final proofs are sent by United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail, or via overnight FedEx or UPS delivery, for an additional charge.
|
5. How many proofs do I get? |
A total of 2 proofs are provided to you. Charges will be made to any additional work after the Second proof.
|
6. How do I get my design printed? |
At this time, Latson Productions does not provide a mass quantity printing option. However, we will provide one (1) hard copy original of your graphic project, free of charge, in additional to the digital media files that you will be provided. You then have the option of using either the hard copy or the digital media we send to you, to print your graphic project.
|
7. What are my ownership rights on my purchased projects? |
After you pay the total balance of the project, you are entitled to 100% ownership of the project. At this point Latson Productions relinquishes all ownership of the project to the client.
|
8. What is the standard design process? |
After being contacted by the customer, we will respond to the customer regarding specifics of the project. Customer preparation is urged containing any or all information and elements pertinent to the project such as your goals, design ideas, samples, photographs, copy, layout ideas, etc. After receiving the 50% non-refundable down payment, we will produce and provide a preliminary proof. Any and all necessary changes will be discussed. Changes will then be made to project, and we will issue a final proof. Customer will then sign off approving the project for final completion. Final payment will then have to be made before the project is turned over to client.

9. How are prices developed for projects? |
We believe that it is most difficult to place a price on artistic creativity, but we also know that we must do so. We truly believe that our prices are both competitive and indicative of the level of experience and expertise a customer receives when choosing our company to undertake a multimedia project.
|
10. Can work be done via the internet? |
Not only can work be done via the internet, this is actually our preferred way of handling multimedia projects.
