To access your individual proofing or download folder, choose one of the following options, and enter the user name and password you were provided. If you have lost or forgotten your username and/or password, please contact Latson Productions via email at ftp@latsonproductions.com. Remember to include your name, email address, contact information, and FTP username and password request. Please note, that you may have to disable any pop-up blockers or configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from this website.

FTP Access General information

To access the FTP area, please supply a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact Latson Productions by email at ftp@latsonproductions.com. Please include your name, email address, contact information, and FTP username and password request in the email.

Browser based FTP |
Clients can use your assigned username and password to log in and upload or download files. If you have not received a username and password and would like to be able to upload files to us, please send us an email, including your name, email address, contact information, and a request for a client username and password. This option requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x or later, and any version of Mozilla FireFox. |
| IMPORTANT: If you upload a file to our server, please send an email to ftp@latsonproductions.com and include your name and the file(s) that you uploaded, so we will be able to match the uploaded files to your order.

FTP Software |
Clients can upload or download files using FTP software. This method requires that you have FTP client software installed on your system. FTP is the most reliable protocol for transferring files across the internet. Send an email to ftp@latsonproductions.com, including your name and email address in order to get the site location, username and password needed by your FTP client software to use this method. |

Email Attachment |

IMPORTANT: Please note that this mailbox has a 20 MB total size capacity. To protect against security threats and corruption, files sent as attachments to this email must be compressed in ZIP format. Any attachments that are not sent in ZIP format will be deleted without review. Please send email attachments to the ftp@latsonproductions.com email address only, as any email attachments sent to any other email addresses will be automatically deleted without review.
